Once we obtain site control for our clients we immediately proceed with the Host Community Agreement process. We have a history of positive community outreach and building rapport with local officials. Once we secure the HCA, we can submit the provisional license application to the State. We field questions from the CCC and work with our clients to ensure smooth progress toward their final license.
