Sean Coleman

I started in the cannabis industry after practicing criminal defense in Washington, D.C. where I saw the impact that the War on Drugs had on my clients. After witnessing countless marijuana possession crimes result in disproportionate sentences, I entered the cannabis field because I wanted to assist social equity applicants balance the injustices that wreaked havoc on their communities.

I am passionate about the cannabis industry not only as a vehicle for economic growth but one of the only industries that promotes social justice. I focus my practice on cannabis real estate, funding, compliance and litigation. By focusing my practice I am better able to provide specialized legal assistance to each individual client’s needs.

When we work together you can expect excellent, quick communication and frequent, direct contact. I often give my personal cell phone to clients and respond to emails the same day.

If you are someone that needs an attorney that will listen, explain every step, and fight for you because he cares, then we are a good fit.

PERSONAL:
When I am not practicing or learning about the law I spend time with my wonderful wife, my daughter, and our two dogs watching our shows, going on walks, and trying new restaurants. I am desperately working to become a scratch golfer, but with little progress. I also love to watch sports in my spare time specifically the New England Patriots, Boston Celtics, and Red Sox.
